Orders are processed and packaged Monday to Friday during standard business hours. At Beau Lake, we aim to process all orders within two (2) business days of your order date. However, high volume during peak times may lead to longer processing times of up to five (5) business days. Please take into consideration additional time for your order to arrive based on the shipping selection you have chosen at checkout.
If you are ordering a hardboard, please allow for delays of up to ten (10) business days for delivery as we search for the best available shipping options for your region.
Please allow additional time for delivery during high-volume times of the year, specifically around promotional periods such as Black Friday or major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
Please note that shipping times are based on the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Given the volatile nature of freight and transit today, it is difficult to calculate an exact cost for shipment of our hardboard collection. As such, a flat rate of $1000 will be applied at checkout for all purchases within this collection to any destination in North America.
Orders for hardboards outside of North America are only available upon request. For such enquiries, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our iSUP collection ships via traditional courier anywhere in the world. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your selected region.
For a limited time, shipping is now free for all orders in North America.
Any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country, as determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies, are the responsibility of the recipient. Before ordering, it is wise to check the duties and taxes that you may be subject to if you purchase from outside your country.
With the continued growth of online shopping, more and more packages are being delivered to homes every day. This increase in deliveries, however, has raised the amount of missing and/or stolen packages and has led to growing concerns over package security.
Beau Lake is responsible for your package until the chosen courier confirms delivery to the location provided. If your package goes missing or is stolen after confirmation, Beau Lake is not responsible for replacing your package.
