This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
Warranty Coverage by Product Collection
Rigid Paddleboards
- Warranty Period: 3 years from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Inflatable Paddleboards
- Warranty Period: 3 years from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It excludes damage caused by improper inflation, punctures, exposure to extreme conditions, or any misuse.
Apparel
- Warranty Period: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Accessories
- Warranty Period: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Paddles
- Warranty Period: 5 years from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Chairs
- Warranty Period: 3 years from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Boats
- Warranty Period: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@beaulake.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Photos of the defect are required. Beau Lake will evaluate your claim and, if deemed valid, will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Limitations and Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, including extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
- Lost or stolen items.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, BEAU LAKE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL BEAU LAKE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY BEAU LAKE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF BEAU LAKE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
